Re-Employment Program

How it works:

When Administrative Concepts’ clients find themselves in the situation where they can no longer employ a worker, Employment Concepts steps in to assist the displaced worker. As these workers become available and are qualified, we look for potential job openings within our family of clients and elsewhere in the employees’ community.

• A pool of qualified candidates, available when you need them
• Assurance that displaced employees have help in securing
  new employment
• Unemployment tax cost containment

Staffing

• Temp To Hire: Have workers assigned for a fixed 90-day period to allow you the opportunity to evaluate the proviciency and suitability of the worker. If satisfied, you can hire the employee permanently.
  
• Direct Hire: Get help with locating the right prospects for your position, with pre-screening services for skills, drug testing and more.
  
• Temporary / Short term Staffing: Choose from qualified temporary personnel to help meet your temporary employment needs.

 

Drug-Free Workplace
