ACC was founded with these exact details in mind.

Message from the Chairman and President...

In 1995, the husband-and-wife team of George Bushong and Sarah Peel created ACC to deliver comprehensive solutions to business owners' human resource challenges. Businesses that contract with ACC make all their own decisions about hiring, promotion and termination while ACC handles the paperwork and regulatory details. “With ACC’s veteran experts looking after a business’s employment and personnel concerns, the business owner can devote more time, energy and resources to its core business,” Bushong says. “Realistically, every employer/employee relationship involves potential assets and potential liabilities. ACC minimizes the liabilities, so everyone can make the most of the assets.”
